We bought the ABX, the Leg development attachment, the sit-up attachment, the dip bar, and the cable pulley attachment for our 16 year old grandson to use! Today was the 1st morning that he used it and he loves it!!! I ordered the power tower yesterday! We expect he will get great use from this system.

This may be the greatest engineering feat in training equipment history! The knob system is easy to use and allows you to tighten every part of the machine to eliminate any wiggle or instability. The padding is extremely comfortable but still firm enough to feel supportive. The vinyl quality is also really rare to find. Most vinyl pulls your hair, whereas this is extremely smooth and looks and feels premium. There’s no other machine on the planet that gives you this type of versatility in a home gym, especially for its footprint. The leg developer and leg curl both have a very consistent strength curve. And because you’re doing the leg extension on a flat pad, you can open up your hip angle and put the quads in a greater stretch, which most commercial leg extension machines don’t allow you to do. This machine is biggest flex right now haha! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

First go at getting a back work out in and it’s been great! Been able to simply set up for some super set work. Tomorrow begins the bicep work out with the attachment. I am a heavier guy as well(270lbs) and it feels extremely secure compared to my old bench.

Been eyeing an adjustable kettle bell for a few months. Very happy I purchased from Freak Athlete. Easy to pop in a quick 20-30 min workouts between lab work and meetings. Sully is also happy because he gets to be my trainer!

Commercial-Grade Quality at a Decent Price I’ve worked as a Kinesiologist in occupational rehabilitation and in affluent private members’ clubs where money was no object when it came to fitness equipment. I’ve used a lot of high-end, commercial-grade equipment over the years, so I know what solid, well-designed equipment should feel like. The Freak Athlete Hyper Pro genuinely impressed me. At 225 pounds, I feel extremely confident using it. It’s solid, stable, well engineered, and clearly designed with safety in mind. Nothing about it feels cheap or like corners were cut. Even coming from facilities where budget wasn’t a consideration, I can confidently say this machine is money well spent. The quality of the materials, construction, adjustability, and overall design really shines through. For a home gym, the versatility is outstanding. You’re getting an incredible number of training options from one compact piece of equipment without sacrificing the solid feel I expect from much more expensive commercial equipment. I’ve owned several benches over the years, including the REP Nighthawk, REP FB-5000, and Titan Utility Bench, and the Freak Athlete ABX has completely replaced all three for me. What I love most is how versatile this bench is without feeling like a compromise. It gives me the functionality of an adjustable bench when I need it, while still providing the stability and feel I want for heavy pressing. Instead of having three different benches taking up space in my gym, I now have one bench that can do everything I need. The build quality is excellent, the adjustments are quick and easy, and the bench feels extremely solid under heavy weight. The attention to detail is also noticeable — it feels like Freak Athlete actually designed this around how people train rather than simply making another adjustable bench. I expect these to have a positive impact on my fitness aspirations and schedule. They provide a freedom that impacts personal life too. Weight range is pretty ideal, may buy a couple smaller bells though. I can take my pants off to train now. Bell feels a little more natural with weight added than just the shell. Perfect height for semi incline push ups if you get two. I also don’t love sweating at home but it’s a reasonable trade off. There’s still a place for the gym, but these could certainly eliminate the need if necessary. Design is well thought out, edges are not sharp and transitions are smooth. There are some form adjustments to make if you’re used to regular bells. After around 7 years of consistent traditional weight and machine lifting (natural) I accepted I probably won’t ever be a body builder. I’ve been doing mostly only kettle bells and running for the past 8 weeks, and have had these FA for a week and am definitely impressed and glad my Instagram algorithm had a rare targeted win.

Just got this and put it together, and I already love it. At 6'1", I love being able to do full extension back extensions, GHD, and more. Looking forward to really taking advantage of everything this machine offers!

The Hyper Pro has been a game changer for my modular home gym. The flexibility and capabilities of this machine are insane. The Hyper Pro, Leg Developer, and Belt Squat are invaluable to my workouts. The machine and attachments have transformed how I do leg day, back day, and my overall general mobility. The only issue I have is the inability to reach the 500lb stated capacity without 100lb plates. The bar is long enough to fit 5-45lb standard plates, but to reach closer to 500lbs the weight bar would need an extension. Otherwise this is an amazing piece of equipment that I would and have recommended to friends and family. It has a place in everyone’s home.

Really happy with the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro. It’s a fantastic and highly functional piece of equipment, especially for a small home gym. It allows you to do a wide variety of exercises without needing multiple different machines, while taking up very little space. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get the most out of a smaller training space! 💪 And sorry for the mess in the photo — my home gym isn’t always this tidy! 😅

I was trying to decide between this bench and the nighthawk. I liked the fact that the ABX top could fold down and that i could use iron master attachments with it, but i couldn't get around thr price. Then I snagged it on sale and am so thankful that I did. I had been using a cheap Amazon bench prior to this and knew I wanted a "forever bench" that was 1. Sturdy, 2. Stores standing up, 3. Takes attachments, 4. Has a fold down top (as a nice to have). This bench is great!

This thing, like everything Freak builds, is so solid! And it’s more versatile than any home gym curl attachment/machine I’ve ever used. You can use it both ways on the bench: facing forward or backward. And it’s very adjustable: latitude and longitude. I’m jacked, literally, to own this attachment.

This bench is just as amazing as they say it is. It was super easy to assemble, very durable, adjustable, and everything I could ask for. One small piece of it did arrive bent which prevented me from putting the cushion on, but I was able to bend back into place so everything is all good there. I would love to buy another one day with other color options because I couldn’t recommend this bench enough.

Love the versatility of this equipment. I have the leg developer and squat attachments. Love being able to get a full posterior chain workout from one piece of equipment.

I've had my eye on the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro for almost a year before finally pulling the trigger, and it's been worth the wait. Perfect addition to a squat rack for complete leg coverage. Solid construction and very sturdy! Once you get used to the knob adjustments you can move fairly quickly between exercises.

With my old bench, there was so much stuff I just lived with and didn’t realize what a difference it made. I didn’t think I cared about the zero gap seat, but it really does feel so much better. The padding is perfect, firm enough for heavy presses but not too hard. I love the half bench option. I don’t have any of the attachments so I can’t speak to those, but the bench itself is fantastic.

For some context, I train four days a week and take my training seriously, but I’m not a competitive athlete. My priority is building strength and muscle while staying healthy for the long term. I also have a history of knee issues, including an ACL-deficient knee and patellofemoral pain, so having equipment that allows me to strengthen my legs safely is incredibly important. This is the SERIOUS bench I’ve always deserved! This beast is heavy duty, wildly adjustable, and sexy as the day is long! The engineering that went into to this bench is impressive. The wife and I are already loving it after one workout.

I bought it for my wife’s birthday and it has quickly become a staple piece of equipment in our garage. We have the power rack & weights, the rower and fan bike, and now we have piece of machinery that our cores were dreading and wishing for. Our daughter and two boys are crushing it with the hip thrusts and leg developer attachments. We are low on space, but this accommodates all of what we need to have a full home gym!

Hyper pro is amazing. I hurt a disc in my back and its been crucial with physical therapy exercises and rehab.

Wow... I've been looking for sometime now for a bench that can minimise my floor space but at the same time to be versatile and well built, all my research kept bringing me back to the ABX bench. My only hesitation was the cost and to be honest I thought it may have been a scam also, but after placing the order the package with all the additions arrived within 4 days. I was absolutely shocked just how quick it was and how well packaged also. After having set it up and used it, I can see why it's value is what it is but it would've been great if it was maybe $200 cheaper. Other than cost I'm trying to find some negatives in the purchase overall but don't have any. Very happy customer.

I have always used a traditional weight bench or machines at the gym. I wasn't sure I would like the Hyper Pro, but I'm actually loving it! The versatility with the configurations and the attachments really add to the value this bench provides. Some of the exercises are a little challenging because I've never done them, but they're something new and they definitely work! I'm training for my second marathon and the leg attachment and squatting belt are key to building leg strength. They are must haves! I'm sold, so glad I made this purchase, and would highly recommend. I've already canceled my gym membership 😀

Purchasing using my HSA was seamless. Assembly took a while but was easy using the instructional videos and not hurrying. I have a history of multiple lumbar surgeries. I use the machine for inclined nordics, GHD sit-ups, reverse hyper, and inclined back extensions. In two weeks I’ve stabilized my core more than in the previous two years. The GHD sit-ups are one of very few exercises I can actually work with max effort on, without feeling a strain or limitation from my lower back. Because of the strength and stability O am building, I’m having less pain and greater activity tolerance. Being able to actually go hard at an exercise is a major mental relief after so many years living within careful moderation of effort to avoid re-injury. Thank you Freak Athlete!

I outgrew my lighter KBs a bit ago but didn't want to keep adding additional bells to my collection, my space is limited. Other adjustable KBs wouldn't work, either - they either didn't go up to a high enough weight, had clucky adjustments, or were cheaply made. These surpassed all those requirements and then some. Well made, easy to adjust, space-saving, and I can see myself using these for MANY years to come. Outstanding product.

The machine is SO well made and the company so well run! I haven’t fixed my back yet but I will eventually with the help and inspiration of The Freak Athlete!

Was this cheap? No. Does it feel cheap? No. This beast of a bench is amazing! I can’t wait for the other accessories to come in so I can continue to play with it. The best part is how it will take my Tonal system workout to a whole new level. More to come but with just the bench and the leg developer has been a welcome addition to my home gym.

I absolutely love this thing!! My home gym is now complete! Been needing a way to do extensions and ham-curls without a bunch of setting up of the cable machines. My wife lives how easy it is to setup and move. It isn't flimsy like you get with other adjustable benches. It stays put and feels super secure. Benched 120lbs on incline the other day for the first time and it felt so stable even when I wasnt 😅 definitely have to add this to your gym setup!

I was getting desperate to find a solution to ongoing lower back issues. I saw the hyper pro on social media and was skeptical at first. I’ve now been using it every other day for a couple of weeks and I’m super excited about what I think my outcomes will be. Such good workouts for my lower back that I wasn’t able to get at home. In addition, I’m very limited on space and this thing packs up in the corner of the room even better than I had thought. I’m really trying to avoid injury so I’m taking it very slow to start and I love the progression that this machine offers. I hope in six months to be lower back pain pain-free. Don’t make the same mistake that I did by leaving the leg attachment off. I will be ordering that in the next week or so because I love this machine so much.

Great for GHD work at home I bought the Hyper Pro mainly so I could do GHD back extensions, sit-ups, and side bends at home, but I’ve ended up using it for more than just that. It’s been really nice having one piece of equipment that lets me hit those movements without needing a full commercial GHD taking up a ton of space. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and everything felt solid once it was put together. I also like that it doesn’t feel flimsy or like a compromise just because it’s made for a home gym. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It gives me the GHD-style training I wanted, plus some extra options I didn’t fully expect to use as much. Definitely a great addition to my setup.

To say we have a small home gym is an understatement. We've gotta pack everything we can into about 30 square feet and the HyperPro fits beautifully. It packs A TON of use into a small footprint--it's definitely one of the best investments we've made in our workout space.

Absolutely the best bench out there!! Very sturdy packaged well not a single blemish on it. Two things I would like to see is a decline setting for the seat and a plastic surround for the attachment port opening. I would also love to see a sturdy version of a lat pull-down attachment in the future to add to this, that could possibly attach to the leg developer as well.

TL;DR- Exceptionally versatile and value! Don’t hesitate to purchase! (Plus easy hack to create a more complete reverse hyper experience) I’ve had two disc herniations at L5 and S1 for many years and previously had significant sciatica. Years ago I focused on strengthening my core and posterior strap muscles with weight training and it completely alleviated my symptoms. Well time and life caught up with me and past 6 months my symptoms returned. I knew I needed to refocus on my core and back strengthening and drop weight. I researched what I could add to my home gym to accomplish all of this and not overwhelm the footprint of my gym space. I decided on the Freak Athlete Hyper, GHD and leg developer. It has surpassed all my expectations! It’s infinitely versatile and has already improved my symptoms and I couldn’t be more impressed. One of the knocks I had seen was that it wasn’t a “true reverse hyper”. While on its own is somewhat true as there is no build in resistance. But using the monkey feet I already had I am able to perform a pretty pure reverse hyper! I’m already improving my Nordic and the leg developer is the icing on the cake! It stores in corner and takes up minimal space. Couldn’t ask for a more complete multi use piece of equipment and highly recommend ! Thanks to Freak Athlete I’m on the road to reversing my sciatica and improving my core and lower body strength!

The hyper pro is an amazing addition to my home gym. The value is unmatched compared to similar competing models. The hyper pro machine provides a very reliable way to strengthen your posterior chain. I have been able to increase my excercise variability and also decrease the floor space of my gym by being able to get rid of multiple 1 use machines. This machine is very dynamic and the quality of design and craftsmanship is superb.

This thing is solid. I had some doubts with just a pin holding all the plates in a hollow shell but it feels like a solid kettlebell when you pick it up. This is my favorite piece of equipment and I can't wait to do more workouts with it!

Awesome bench. Huge amount of adjustability unlocking many exercises that are awkward on conventional benches like seal rows, overhead triceps and preacher curls. Got the bicep attachment which is great addition. I already pulled the trigger on a hyper pro months ago so have the leg developer there or would have also added that attachment. Super impressed again by build quality, usability and delivery speed and ease to assemble thanks to online step by step videos and packaging of parts. If anyone is pausing on the cost of this or ABX from my perspective these will be in my garage gym for life now so will pay back many times in the long run and motivate me now to train to have healthspan to enjoy them!!

For those wondering, this kettlebell is absolutely legit. Just testing this out at multiple weights the moment I got it in was great and it’s held up perfectly during my lift days. For those who are on the fence about getting this I can wholeheartedly say this is worth every penny.

Excellent build y'all, overhead press feel smooth on the forearm. It's a cool little iron dome stuffed with viva la resistance! I have a super sweet minimal set up and now through the power of engineering, it is even more dynamic. Looking forward moving this thing around for years. Welcome home iron dome! Also, the info on the bell, very useful, domes empty weight is actually engraved so won't wear of until the apocalypse and ya gotta be smart enough to move a pin. Very pleased with purchase.

Love it! This is by far the best adjustable kettlebell I’ve used. It feels and moves like a standard competition kettlebell, with the weight centered perfectly in the bell. The plates lock in tight with absolutely no rattling, shifting, or sloppy feel that plagues many other adjustable options. The adjustment pin is rock solid and inspires complete confidence. I’ve never once worried about it coming loose during a workout. The overall feel rivals the premium competition kettlebells that can cost $1,000+ for a full set. What really stands out is the balance. Because the weight distribution is so well executed, it feels fantastic during complex movements, flows, cleans, snatches, and other dynamic exercises, not just basic swings and presses. 5 stars — A serious hamstring and strength tool I use the Hyper Pro every day and it’s been a game changer. The Nordic curl setup is outstanding — nothing else comes close for hamstring development at home. I’ve noticed real strength gains since adding it consistently to my training, the kind of progress that’s hard to achieve without access to a gym with dedicated equipment. Build quality is excellent and it holds up to daily use without complaint. It’s compact enough for a home gym but feels like proper kit. If you’re serious about building strength and want a machine that actually delivers, this is it.

When three big boxes were delivered to my house, I wondered what I had gotten myself into, and then, as I unboxed them, my trepidation grew even worse. As a Gen X’er, I'd become used to overly confusing owners' manuals. So I was shocked when I didn't find a heavy envelope filled with a tree's worth of paper and a bag of barely labeled bolts, nuts, and other strange parts, but instead a QR code and individually labeled step-by-step bags for each sequence of steps to put everything together. The QR code led to clear video instructions that followed the parts bag without any confusion. What looked like an intimidating task turned out to be a breeze.

My son is loving the versatility of the Freak Athlete. Assembly was super easy with all the individual packing and crystal clear instructions on assembly. The reverse hypers and leg attachment for leg curls and extensions is worth the money alone.

The bench came in today, video instructions were spot on. No difficulty with assembly and it is fantastic.

Love my Hyper Pro! My goal with my home gym is to be able to utilize this small space with the most “bang for my buck” and this thing fits in a small space, stores easy, is easy to maneuver around and set up. Really enjoying how much this expanded what I’m able to do in my gym in such a small storage footprint.

The bench was very easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my small living room for getting those morning workouts before I go to work. I love the variable positions in the vertical storage.

So happy with my purchase! Was tired of waiting around for equipment or inconvenient hours of operation at our local gym, so decided to have a mini gym at home. Wanted a sturdy bench that not only worked good, but looked the part as well. And since I don’t have room for a lot of equipment, being able to have attachments is a bonus. Loving it so far and even have my wife working out on it now (and she hasn’t been to a gym in forever as she can’t stand that they blast the music).

Extremely happy with this bench. I was excited to use it for chest supported rows, but was surprised at how well it works. With the multiple adjustments it allows me to set it up so I can pick DBs up from the ground instead of doing the awkward shuffle straddling the bench with a DB in each hand to setup. Rock solid and very high quality. Assembly was pretty straightforward, though I would personally prefer a manual first approach with video to support if needed. Not a big deal overall, and very happy with the product.

I consider the FA Hyper Pro a foundational piece of my gym setup. You can spend a lot of money on gear, and not get this type of functionality. After 1 use you’ll be fully comfortable with the transitions, and the strength curve on many of the exercises is fantastic. Extremely happy with this addition, and would absolutely recommend this for everyone who wants to move better!

I found the perfect bench for my garage gym! Now I can add the perfect accessory movements to leg days! Compact and sturdy!

This product is very good for what it is, but for what I personally need it for, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. I primarily use this kettlebell on leg days and for core work, and it feels really good for swings. However, I find it pretty uncomfortable to use for front squats because of its size. Also, unless you have the kettlebell fully loaded, there’s nothing at the bottom for your hands to rest on, which makes certain exercises more difficult. For windmills, I’ve found it’s much harder to balance the kettlebell at the top of the movement compared to a traditional kettlebell. Additionally, it’s pretty much unusable for my wife because of its size and relatively high starting weight. If you’re considering adding this to your home gym, I’d recommend not getting too caught up in the advertising or hype surrounding this product. Think about what you actually need to accomplish your workouts. For my needs, I would recommend simply finding traditional 16, 24, and 32 kg kettlebells on Facebook Marketplace or another used market. This is the first piece of equipment I’ve purchased new for my home gym, and while it is a nice product, I question whether the added cost is worth it for me.

I'm very glad that I received my adjustable bench + 2 attachments. Looking forward to receiving the bicep attachment specifically, and the leg developer, of course. The only two things I don't appreciate is the rollers don't activate earlier (this way I have to always use two hands and brace my core, as if I were a heavy lifter [now, maybe that was the whole idea :) Still... don't get it why you didn't use the same principles as with the Hyper Pro rollers]), and the lateral handles (what are they for?! in some of the previous versions there was just a bolt there, as it should be...) get in the way of whatever exercise I try using the inclined upper portion of the bench - dumbbell rows, chest supported curls... whatever, the dumbbells hit the handles, NOT the rails as many reviewers point out in there videos). The rest is very good. Allows for diversity and inventiveness thanks to the bench's flexibility.

Very easy to assemble, took less than an hour. Seems very sturdy, will update review once I've used for a little bit and tried a bunch of the exercises.

I’ve had the machine for a while now. 4/5 stars. Overall, good product I do like it and think it is advertised correctly. However, after setting it up and only using it for a few weeks, one of the welds broke for the main support and made the machine wobbly. I contacted customer service and they did send out a new part so I could disassemble the unit and get the wobble fixed, but that part broke in the same place. Now my machine still wobbles, which I would like to be fixed, but ultimately, I think I will just have to live with. Overall, I think it’s a good machine And I enjoy using it for primarily Nordics, back extension and hip thrust (which has some wobble as well but I think some is expected with all the different components and connections) right now. TLDR, Machine is not perfect but I’d give the machine itself 4 1/2 stars. Customer service is fine. I think some of the complications with customer service is making sure the problems are problems with the machine, not incompetence in constructing.

Almost perfect! The ability to do GHDs, Nordics, and back extensions in a variety of set ups to suit your body and ability is excellent. The addition of hip thrusts and Bulgarian split squats is very cool. I feel like a bit more thought could have brought in seal rows / bent over rows. For instance, what if the handles had a spring like the floor stand allowing you to tuck them away, and what if the foot plate folded down allowing you to lay flat? My other criticism is the decision to plastic cap the tubing ends. It feels cheap and surely isn’t that much different in production cost vs welding end caps? The number of metal burrs on all drilled holes also spoke to the cheap finish. Such a pity because otherwise, the unit feels solid.

Overall I’m very happy with this purchase! I love the compact design, the versatility for all things posterior chain, especially the GHD, solid construction, and online resources for assembly and use. I would get the leg developer to get even more out of it, but the ABX looks better… Some things that I feel aren’t quite there: it seems obvious to me that a machine like this could be used for chest supported rows, or even seal rows, given the post chain focus. However, the handles get in the way and the pads don’t go high enough to support your chest…. Perhaps if the handles could tuck away the same as the upright storage stand, and if the foot plate could either fold down entirely (perfect for seal rows), or extend for chest support rows… (you’d need to row from a barbell held on spotting arms to avoid the Hyper’s central frame) The only other complaint is the choice of plastic caps rather than welded ends. I have also found a bunch of metal shavings around the machined holes that have come loose with use, being lucky not to cut myself…. Those are pretty minor complaints but they just detract from any sense of premium.

I can't wait to get the leg developer attachment and really experience the whole thing. A little adjustment to get use to. Seems very easy to use. This is definitely going to be a great addition to our gym. When I dont want to leave to go to the gym I know I can get it all done at home. Thanks for coming up with something small and compact to fit everything you need to get a all around workout.

Love, love, love this machine. A perfect compliment to my home gym set up. It’s doubled what I can do at home!! And, we have minimal space, but the vertical storage makes it WORK. I am thrilled!! The only reason I rated it a 4 is because when I do a 45 degree back extension, the frame actually makes contact with my torso. It’s probably a short-girlie thing. Hoping this feedback is helpful! Got the hyperpro as a bday gift for my hubby. He’s been wanting a workout bench for awhile now but didn’t want just any type of bench. He did a lot of research on it and he’s quite happy with it! Great addition to our home gym!

Pretty cool device. Assembly was pretty easy with the paper instructions and video instructions both being well done. Stores away pretty nicely. Variety of exercises is good. Quality of materials is good.

Cool product! Well built and very solid metal! Can’t wait to start using this in my workouts! Some of the little metal pins on the weight plates were loose/ had fallen out upon delivery but that was easy to screw back in. Mainly docking a star because the shipping lead time was so bad. Ordered in late July with an estimated ship date by end of August and it didn’t actually arrive until the end of September. FA def needs to improve their shipping situation a bit more because 8+ weeks from order to delivery is wild

Love the bench, seems very well made on looks great. The foam seems a little firm for my taste. Additionally I did receive mine some damage to the powder coating. I haven’t received an email regarding the damage yet. I did pay for the shipping protection so I hope this gets resolved. But overall I am happy with the product

It’s missing all the nuts. It is scratched with deep dents and literally the hardware packaging shows that the washers are sealed where the nut should be. I can’t even put it together. Not to mention every bolt on that was tightened from the factory is scratched. Also, the first step of the video is to install the long bolt. That is listed as step 2 on the hardware packet.

Excellent bench—very solid, well-built, and comfortable. The padding is high quality, and the design feels stable and sturdy during workouts. Great range of adjustments and a premium feel overall. Very happy with the purchase!

This was a very time-consuming assembly despite what the video shows you Compared to the other add-ons to this bench. Leg extension works very well, but leg curls be careful. That middle piece catches on your knee cap or nuts when getting off. The middle beam That supports your top cushioning is in a bad place. They should’ve made it more flush or below the padding so getting on and off this I don’t have to worry about bruising my knees or catching my nut sack on my way off. Great quality overall. this bench has a lot of utility, but this piece is my least favorite in design out of everything else. Now I have to go ice my knees after getting off.

I love the ABX! BUT, it would be really nice to have a ez curl bar holder that could be put into the sit-up or dip attachment plugs in.

Great edition to my little garage gym. I like that it stores upright and saves space. Feels pretty solid on all the movements I like. The adjustable head rest can be a little finicky to get into position (might be user error). Overall great adjustable bench.

Just received the ab developer attachment for my FA bench. Quality materials and easy directions. It does cause some pressure on my aging knees but I think using it and stretching out my knee joints will help.

Glad I ordered a pair. These are fab. We'll see if it changes, but as you can see they leave small particles on the floor.

I ordered 2, so that I am able to complete different types of movements. It would be 5 stars if the handle shape would be a little different and larger for my hands (I’m 6’5” with big hands). Could also have some rubber on top of the weight plates to eliminate the minor clanking from quick changes in direction. Otherwise these are great and I use them several times a week.

Very good quality! We are happy we chose this bench, but.. only a small but. The tutorial is skipping the first two steps of assembly. I wish you would update the assembly tutorial for a full version. Everything else is top notch

Very excited to upgrade from my simple bench into this full ecosystem. Just unboxed it and ran through my first few workouts. Unboxing was straightforward and assembly was even easier. The build quality feels premium, and all the mechanics and adjustments operate smoothly. A full decline option would be nice, but I doubt it will impact my training much. Can’t wait to see how this beast performs as I put it through its paces.

Ordered the bundle with two kettle bells, I gotta say love the product and how sturdy and durable it feels. Did have a issue with the pin though but gave them a shout and they will be replacing the pin at no cost

I really enjoy this machine. It is pricey but there are many exercises you can do with this. Since I workout in my garage, it saves me a lot of space. When using the GHD attachment, there is a slight wobble but I still feel safe. I’m 6’ 215 lbs for anyone questioning the safety. The leg attachment is nice but at my height the ankle pads are at the lowest setting and as I lift up it rolls to almost mid shin. Those that are taller might have an issue with that attachment. Over all, great product but they need to work on the price for those that are on the fence like I was.

I got my delivery yesterday, and after a quick trial sesh I can say the FA kettlebell delivers on the promise of fast, secure weight changes. Overall, I think this new design is a huge step in the world of adjustable kettlebells, with a couple of caveats: First, the fit and finish could be better for the cost. While they aren’t nearly as expensive as a full set of fixed weights, they still aren’t cheap, and it was a bummer to receive one with a misaligned bottom pad and some apparent scuffing. Obviously, these will likely get beat up over the years, but it sucks to pay a premium price and receive a product with defects from the factory. Second, I think the arm indents need improvement. They may fit someone else better, but with me they end up digging into my forearm at the point where they stop when I’m a racked position. I think this wouldn’t happen if they tapered off more instead of just stopping and creating a little sharp-ish ledge. Again, it could just be my anatomy, but if tried adjusting my grip multiple ways without any luck. This may be the first bell that requires an arm guard for me. Despite these gripes, this design beats the competition for me. The pin is genius.

I am giving 4 stars to catch the eyes of the developers for product improvement. I would actually rate this bench 10 of 10 stars if available. Absolutely solid piece of equipment! The cable option on the leg developer is next level for creating fluid motion and weight observance through the entire range of motion. If I have one criticism for future development and improvement of the product; I purchased the bicep attachment with the idea that I would be able to do preacher curls with my chest to the back pad. However, the back pad is so wide that it absolutely cuts into anyone with quads. The lower back portion of the back pad needs to have an hourglass cut to allow legs to comfortably position themselves during reversed seating. This shouldn’t effect the ergonomics of the bench as most presses cause the back to arch over that portion of the bench and not require as much support. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. Would recommend to anyone and given the choice I would purchase again.

I find the bicep attachment quite impressive. However, during preacher curl exercises, the attachment tends to move a lot and wiggle while performing the exercise. Additionally, I wish there was a way to slightly raise the seat for preacher curls. Perhaps I should experiment with the angles. I’m 5’8” with a short torso.

Good for petite sizes but not as compact as I'd thought it would be. You have to watch all the videos to figure out how to adjust and use it.

It's a very good, well thought out piece of equipment. Allows me to have a pretty versatile portable gym in the back of my truck I dub, the Tesla gym, which is important because I travel every week for work. Why I take a star away, the pad is too firm. It's probably 9/10 in firmness and I'd prefer 7 or 8/10 for heavy presses and especially for chest supported rows. It's also somewhat wobbly in the seat when doing military press. The seat should also be able to decline and it seems like an oversight that it doesn't, but they must have a reason. While not perfect, none are and after extensive searching, I do think it's better than other options due to its size and useful configurations without and with attachments. I personally value the gapless design as well because I'm a tall bodybuilder and gaps between pads are a non starter for me.

It’s a cool idea but it’s kind of a pain to attach and set up as a preacher curl pad. The pads get in the way of the non captive pins so you have extra steps to get the pins in and out which is annoying.

Nice, but other brand benches are more comfortable sit up attachments. The pad behind the knee is a little straining for someone who just had knee surgery.

45 degrees is the way to go. Thanks Yogi. Only thing is the seat is a little wide between your legs facing for preacher curls. But the supported elbow is legit.

Putting it together was easy! Allen wrenches provided didn’t always fit the parts but I had my own so no big deal. Can’t wait to start using it.

I was pretty sure when I pre ordered this there was supposed to be a belt squat function that’s not there. Assembly was easy seems well made haven’t used it yet just doing this review for a chance to get a refund. My dog enjoyed the box
