We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
8. Participant Requirements: You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.
9. Age Restriction: You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
10. Prohibited Content: You acknowledge and agree to not send any prohibited content over the Platform. Prohibited content includes: - Any fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing, or stalking activity; - Objectionable content, including profanity, obscenity, lasciviousness, violence, bigotry, hatred, and discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; - Pirated computer programs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code; - Any product, service, or promotion that is unlawful where such product, service, or promotion thereof is received; - Any content that implicates and/or references personal health information that is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITEC” Act); and - Any other content that is prohibited by Applicable Law in the jurisdiction from which the message is sent.

Dispute Resolution: In the event that there is a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Us, or between you and Stodge Inc. d/b/a Postscript or any other third-party service provider acting on Our behalf to transmit the mobile messages within the scope of the Program, arising out of or relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, such dispute, claim, or controversy will be, to the fullest extent permitted by law, determined by arbitration in Toronto, Ontario before one arbitrator. The parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect. Except as otherwise provided herein, the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the Federal Judicial Circuit in which Freak Athlete Canada’s principle place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Within ten (10) calendar days after the arbitration demand is served upon a party, the parties must jointly select an arbitrator with at least five years’ experience in that capacity and who has knowledge of and experience with the subject matter of the dispute. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator within ten (10) calendar days, a party may petition the AAA to appoint an arbitrator, who must satisfy the same experience requirement. In the event of a dispute, the arbitrator shall decide the enforceability and interpretation of this arbitration agreement in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). The parties also agree that the AAA’s rules governing Emergency Measures of Protection shall apply in lieu of seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no party shall have rights of appeal except for those provided in section 10 of the FAA. Each party shall bear its share of the fees paid for the arbitrator and the administration of the arbitration; however, the arbitrator shall have the power to order one party to pay all or any portion of such fees as part of a well-reasoned decision. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have the authority to award attorneys’ fees only to the extent expressly authorized by statute or contract. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages and each party hereby waives any right to seek or recover punitive damages with respect to any dispute resolved by arbitration. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY VIA ARBITRATION AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. Further, unless both parties agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Section or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial. This arbitration provision shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
12. Florida Law: We endeavor to comply with the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act as applicable to Florida residents. For purposes of compliance, you agree that we may assume that you are a Florida resident if, at the time of opt-in to Program, (1) your shipping address, as provided is located in Florida or (2) the area code for the phone number used to opt-into the Program is a Florida area code. Easy setup compared to previous benches I’ve assembled. On the stiffer side when it comes to padding but I’m appreciating the stability of the stiffer padding. Plus the attachments that come with it really make it convenient for space in my garage when I’m done with my workout. Last but at least it’s just a sexy looking bench.

I love the ABX! BUT, it would be really nice to have a ez curl bar holder that could be put into the sit-up or dip attachment plugs in.
I absolutely love my Freak Athlete kettlebells! They’re sturdy, high-quality, and feel great to use during my workouts. The design makes them comfortable to grip, and they’re perfect for everything from strength training to full-body workouts. I also love that they’re durable without taking up a ton of space. Definitely a great addition to my home gym and something I’ll be using regularly!
While having a limited space of only 20m2 in my home gym it was vital to plan every inch carefully. Besides being a top notch quality built piece of equipment I’m still amazed by how little of space this device consumes while not in use. It’s 5/5 for me but would give it more if I could! Just unboxed and ran through a quick workout with them…They worked as expected, no issues. I noticed some minor chipping at the bottom of the kettlebell but no cosmetic issues otherwise. Definitely a great add! I’m looking forward to using these in my gym - adding an extra 30 lbs over the bow flex version, while keeping the size relatively the same.
We’ve had this for a short time and it has already revolutionized our workouts! At first, it did feel a little overwhelming watching the tutorials and learning all the different adjustment points. However, after a couple of focused workouts to try out all the different variations, it’s totally manageable. Just takes some practice! The leg developer attachment feels super smooth and works well for upper body exercises too. As mentioned in other reviews, the GHD can feel a little shaky but not to the point to hinder a workout. One previous review mentioned different pieces feeling shaky as well, but we find that securely tightening all adjustment points helps mitigate this. Super satisfied, and hopeful the longevity on this holds up! Our two year old is very interested in it as well :)
The Hyper Pro has been a game changer for my modular home gym. The flexibility and capabilities of this machine are insane. The Hyper Pro, Leg Developer, and Belt Squat are invaluable to my workouts. The machine and attachments have transformed how I do leg day, back day, and my overall general mobility. The only issue I have is the inability to reach the 500lb stated capacity without 100lb plates. The bar is long enough to fit 5-45lb standard plates, but to reach closer to 500lbs the weight bar would need an extension. Otherwise this is an amazing piece of equipment that I would and have recommended to friends and family. It has a place in everyone’s home.

Really happy with the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro. It’s a fantastic and highly functional piece of equipment, especially for a small home gym. It allows you to do a wide variety of exercises without needing multiple different machines, while taking up very little space. After the first use, I love them. Space saving, The 2kg jumps are nice to increase the weight slightly. I like the handle and the contoured body on the bell where my arm fits perfectly. The finish on the bell is great for grip. Very solid sturdy and awesome to use! Highly recommend
Just received the kettle bells this week. Got to test them out with a friend and they exceeded expectations. It only took a few minutes to get used to them. Changing the weights was easier than expected. No issues and felt great!
Just got it and replaced the REP Zerogap. Solid build. For now I like it better than the Rep as it has the adjustable head piece and seems sturdier, although the new rep benches have the same build. Got it for the leg developer attachment which is pretty decent. REP attachment was pretty expensive so went with a new setup with FA. Definitely would recommend!
Everything about these is perfect. Coating, quality of craftsmanship, the pin, each individually machined weight. Everything that can be thought of was thought of. Well done. Definitely will be purchasing again when they offer lighter and heavier sizes
Amazing product! I bought the Hyper pro, with leg developer. Small footprint, fits well in tight spaces. well packaged, very well thought out. Arrived in three days via FedEx. Extremely versatile. Easy to assemble with helpful video instruction. Recommend socket wrench. Better than advertised!! I’ve done back extensions, leg raises, decline sit ups, oblique work and Nordic curls! Can’t wait to test out the leg developer for extensions curls and hip thrusts. I’m buying the pair of FA Kettle bells next to add progressive overload and versatility to my work outs. This is my first Freak Athlete purchase and am extremely pleased! If you are on the fence, get it, you won’t regret prioritizing your health. Not only is it great for strength training it is also great for injury prevention and rehabilitation. I work at a medical center as a clinical operations manager, and have been strength training since high school playing football, over 25 years of strength training exposed to all kinds of equipment ranging from traditional equipment (barbells, plates, pulley machines, bow flex, select tech dumbbells and resistance bands to vibration plates and alternative equipment. This piece of equipment did not disappoint! Pound for pound worth every dollar especially because it delivers on posterior and lower body strength progression and injury prevention! Handsome and practical set of kettlebells that's got all I'm looking for in an adjustable system. Durable, simple and secure. Take off the pin for a 12kg shell, or stack on the weight and go for broke! Anyone that gets a double kb snatch with the full stack gets bragging rights!
Excellent product. I finally have a space saving solution to kettlebell workouts! The contoured bell is way more comfortable on the wrist than a standard bell and the increments are perfect for lift progression.

I have very minimal room at home for a full gym setup, so i needed the maximum bang for my space. My gym space is also my hifi listening room, so the vibe must remain impeccable. The Hyper Pro has been the perfect addition for me, and is the core of my setup, along with a few kettlebells. It's so solid, all the movements i've tried so far feel great, and it packs up into an impressively compact footprint. My homey Michael has been raving about his Hyper Pro for ages, and i'm so glad I took him up on his recommendation. Shipment was quick, the assembly process is well detailed and thoughtul. 10/10 purchase for me.
The attachments are not cheap, so I'm going to be very particular about which i get. For example, I'd love the leg developer but can't bring myself to pay $400 + shipping. The sit-up attachments is a good enough value, and i love declined setups. I would recommend this to anyone with the ABX bench!
I was trying to decide between this bench and the nighthawk. I liked the fact that the ABX top could fold down and that i could use iron master attachments with it, but i couldn't get around thr price. Then I snagged it on sale and am so thankful that I did. I had been using a cheap Amazon bench prior to this and knew I wanted a "forever bench" that was 1. Sturdy, 2. Stores standing up, 3. Takes attachments, 4. Has a fold down top (as a nice to have). This bench is great!
I have been humming and hawing about this equipment since it first appeared on the market. At first it seemed to be a gimmick. After reading so many positive reviews and seeing videos about how versatile it was I finally pulled the trigger. Ordered the hyper pro, GHD and leg extension/curl attachment. Now I’m sorry I waited. It was easy to put together considering how many moving parts there are. Given the range of adjustments it feels sturdy and I weigh 260lbs. A true swiss army knife for posterior chain development. Amazing for any home gym but especially small spaces. Adjustable to make any exercise scalable to anyone’s ability. I can’t articulate how impressed I am.
I’m really impressed with the ABX bench and all of the attachments. The build quality is excellent, everything feels solid and well-made, and the setup gives me a ton of different exercise options without taking up a lot of space. I really like how versatile the ABX is. Having all the attachments gives me the ability to work different muscle groups and change up my workouts without needing a bunch of separate equipment. Everything has been working great so far, and the bench feels very stable and comfortable during my workouts. For anyone putting together a home gym, especially with limited space, I would definitely recommend the ABX. I’m very happy with the purchase and feel like I got a lot of equipment in one setup.

Fantastic space saver for my bedroom gym setup! As a calisthenic/ athletic fitness guy, I love the versatility of weight and ease of use for dynamic and explosive movements that kettlebells offer. The pin feels secure, low profile and has minimal movement of the inserts to make it feel very close to a traditional kettlebell with far superior compact frame. The cast iron offers a great natural grip while still allowing rotation when needed. The grooves are a nice touch however it will take some practice on hand positioning compared to hardstyle bells I’m used to. Overall it’s a fantastic step up in convenience, ease of use and also weight from my last pair of adjustable KBs. Thank you!
Great product . Well worth the hype
I ordered my freak athlete hyper pro on a Monday and it shipped within 24 hours and was here by Friday. I was absolutely thrilled to get this after doing a ton of research. I have a herniated l4 l5 s1 disc's and pretty severe sciatica and staying ontop of pt and hyper extensions/holds was the only way to keep it at bay. Back in February I was sick for over a month and slacked on my pt and exercises. I threw my back out ontop of the other issues mentioned previously. I could hardly sleep, walk, work and couldn't even put my socks on. I slowly started pt and hyper holds and got some extra equipment to help but it took up a ton of space in my garage and most were only good for one exercise. One day I was scrolling fb and happened to see the freak athlete hyper pro and knew it would help me bulletproof my back. I sold 4 peices of equipment and purchased it. This thing is solid. I weigh over 300lbs and im 6ft5 and its solid as a rock doing any exercises on it. I am pumped to see how much more i can progress in getting my back and core to be as solid as possible and leave my issues behind. If you are questioning if this is worth it or not it is. This thing will allow you to do everything possible to get back to a place of no pain. Highly recommend. We'll packaged. Heavy duty. Great company. Super tevreden over de hyper pro multi inzetbaar en geschikt voor alle maten. Was al helemaal verkocht toen ik hem in elkaar aan het zetten was de online handleiding is heel makkelijk en iedereen kan dit in elkaar zetten. Tijdens gebruik goed op letten dat je het juist gebruikt en knoppen aandraait. Als je eenmaal handigheid hebt in het verstellen gaat dit ook erg vlot. Dus allround zeker een aanrader.

Great kettlebell for the price! It’s easy to adjust, simple to use, and saves a lot of space compared to having multiple kettlebells. The quality feels solid, and it’s convenient for a variety of workouts. Definitely well worth the price and a great addition to any home gym!

I was really torn between this and a couple others. What won for me was the overall customer service and responsiveness, better value of the ABX, and the ability to do forward facing seated cable rows wit the headrest folded. No attachments needed for that but attachment compatibility beats anyone else. Build quality is spot on, packaged nicely and arrived halfway across the country in 3 days. Couldn't ask for more.
I had a small problem with my HyperPro (small crack in a plastic component) but the support staff were rapid in their response and sent a replacement part free of charge. The whole process was easy and gave me confidence in Freak Athlete. The product itself is fantastic. High quality for the price and easy to use with lots of optionality. It's helped massively in my rehab and overall strength training. It folds away easy too for my small home gym. I'd highly recommend the HyperPro and Freak Athlete generally.
Shipping was pretty delayed but it was worth the wait. The ability to quickly adjust and go up to 32kg are unique to the FA kettlebell. I highlighted my numbers with a white paint marker to make them more readable. There is a little bit of rattle when swinging but you get used to it quickly.
I take them with me on my workouts not just keep them at home
This thing, like everything Freak builds, is so solid! And it’s more versatile than any home gym curl attachment/machine I’ve ever used. You can use it both ways on the bench: facing forward or backward. And it’s very adjustable: latitude and longitude. I’m jacked, literally, to own this attachment.
